Cardiff Project – 7 Units
Our latest project was 7 units in Cardiff Acres, located in Sarnia Ontario. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 1+ bath, laundry included.
Some of these units had fire damage and required extensive work to rebuild them. We started this project in June 2021 with 6 units, acquired another unit along the way and we just finished summer 2022.

- New roof, siding, eavestrough
- New windows, new exterior doors and sliding patio doors
- New interior doors, closet doors, trim throughout
- Complete kitchen remodels with new appliances
- Complete bathroom remodels with new ceramic floors
- New vinyl floors on main floor and bedrooms. New carpet on stairs
- New washers and dryers
- New furnaces and air conditioners
- New lighting, updated electrical
- Fresh paint through out each unit
- New driveway
- Garages converted back into garages
- Extra doors removed and new brick installed
